  • Alan Evans | Principal Broker
    Alan started his real estate career in 1996 with Evans Real Estate, becoming the Principal Broker and Owner of the firm in 2018. He is a lifelong resident of Decatur and Henderson Counties, with deep roots in the area. He has served as an active member in the community with past board memberships with The Decatur County Chamber of Commerce, The Foster Care Review Board, and is the Co-Founder of Ms. Kelly’s Kindness Fund. Alan is also an active member of his church serving in several capacities including the church stewardship committee.

    Alan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

    He has a passion for the outdoors and spends his free time hunting, fishing, golfing, and traveling with his wife and 2 children. With his outdoor lifestyle, he has developed a strong customer base in the Land and housing market in our area. Whether you are selling or buying, Alan Evans can help.

    I am a seasoned entrepreneur from Decatur County and a multi-million dollar producer in real estate. My husband, Tim, is also a native of Decatur County and an Army Veteran of Desert Storm. We are a very patriotic family and have two sons, Lee Yarbro of Nashville, and Jake Yarbro of Denver, CO.

    We are very active in our Church Family and community. My favorite charities are New Pathways Children’s Home and St Jude Hospital. My hobbies include reading, running, gardening, and taking care of all my animals. I am committed to helping sellers find the best ways to market their properties and helping buyers find that dream home. I believe that customer service and honesty are the keys to being successful.

    Adam joined Evans Real Estate in 2023 after a long career managing a corporate grocery store. With nearly 20 years of customer service experience, Adam is excited to expand his expertise to a new set of clients. When working with his customers he always aims to provide the best solution available. He is enthusiastic about helping families find their forever home or farm. He feels Real Estate is about building strong relationships with his clients and tailoring his services to each individual need.

    In his free time Adam enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and coaching his 3 children in youth baseball and Softball.
