Company Profile

In 1973 Jim Evans obtained his first real estate license and began selling real estate in Decatur County Tennessee.  Jim Operated alone until his son, Alan Evans, joined him as an affiliate broker in 1996.  In 2018, Alan bought the firm from his father and began to broaden the reach.  We are very proud to call Tennessee home and we look forward to serving the real estate needs of our customers for many years to come.  Our firm consistently sells millions of dollars of Tennessee Real Estate each year. We are effective in marketing just about any real estate including: homes, farms,Timber Land, Hunting Land, river lots, mobile homes, commercial properties, and net lease properties.
